Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Monitor vitals and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following infection control guidelines.
• Assist with transfers of patients to/from beds, chairs, wheelchairs.
• Document changes in patient condition and care provided.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.
