Qualificações

• Possess and maintain certification as a Home Health Aide.
• One year employment history preferred; elderly care experience preferred.
• Completion of Skill Assessment Test; able to record messages and keep records.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains open communication with case manager and Team Leader regarding patient status.
• Complies with State/Federal regulatory acts and follows care plans.
• Performs tasks prescribed by the home health aide plan of care.
• Maintains timely documentation of patient and time sheets.
• Provides emotional support and encourages patient independence.
