Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA/CHHA/PCA certification.
• Experience in caregiving, especially with young adults or individuals with specific health needs, preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Provide companionship and engage in social and recreational activities.
• Help with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Communicate with family and healthcare providers about needs and progress.
• Document care provided and changes in patient’s condition.
