Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Certified Caregiver in Davenport to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate care. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with meals, activities, and social engagement, and communicate changes to branch leadership.

The role requires an active CNA license, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication and organizational skills. Training and benefits are provided for full-time, part-time, and PRN staff.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
• Appropriately communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Knowledge of how to approach and care for residents with dementia.
