Job summary

Everstory Partners in Michigan seeks a Cemetery Groundskeeper to maintain grounds, operate equipment, and support funeral services with care, safety, and reliability. This full-time role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends.

You will mow lawns, weed-whack, install vaults or headstones as needed, and keep machinery in good working order while delivering compassionate service to families.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work some holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Lift up to 80 lbs and operate maintenance equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance: mowing, weed-whacking, and related duties.
• Maintain and operate cemetery grounds equipment; ensure safety of staff and visitors.
• Assist with funeral service-related duties and vault/headstone installation as needed.
• Handle day-to-day maintenance tasks and occasional snow removal.
