Job summary

Visiting Angels Chadds Ford is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide quality, personalized in-home care to seniors throughout surrounding Delaware and Chester County communities. As a caregiver, you will support clients in their homes with companionship, personal care, meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping, enabling independence and comfort.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• TB clearance: 2-Step PPD, QuantiFERON-TB Gold, or Chest X-ray.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping and errands.
• Help clients maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older

What You'll Do

As a caregiver, you'll help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home. Your responsibilities may include:
