Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care in-home caregiving position is available to compassionate individuals dedicated to supporting clients in their own homes with daily living activities, companionship, and safety. We seek dependable people who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, and medication reminders, while fostering trust and maintaining dignity for those served.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable and empathetic with a patient approach.
• Willingness to learn and grow in caregiving.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged.

Responsibilities
