You will build trusted relationships, offer companionship, assist with daily activities, and coordinate with a dedicated office team. Qualifications

• Three professional references required.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client to ensure consistency.
• Basic English speaking, reading and writing abilities; bilingual/multilingual encouraged.
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and compassionate caregiving to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
• Receive dedicated 24/7 support from the office team and use the caregiver app for updates.
• Leverage scheduling tools and earnings tracking for real-time insights.
