Visiting Angels Midland is seeking an Experienced Caregiver to join our local team in Midland, serving the West Texas and Permian Basin area, including Odessa. The role focuses on compassionate in-home care for senior adults, with responsibilities ranging from light housekeeping and meal preparation to mobility assistance and transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have a true passion for serving others and providing compassionate care.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures and safety standards.
• Familiarity with housekeeping tasks and basic meal preparation with dietary considerations.

Responsibilities

• Give clients medication reminders.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility in and around the home.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Support clients with routine exercises.
• Plan and prepare meals with client input.
• Run errands or accompany client on shopping trips.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Be a supportive, positive companion.
• Report any unusual incidents.
• Act quickly in emergencies.
