Job summary

Honor is urgently hiring experienced caregivers in San Diego. We combine technology and personal support to make caregiving easier, safer, and more rewarding.

Our office team provides 24/7 support, and employees receive weekly pay and eligible benefits. As a caregiver, you’ll build relationships with clients through companionship, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and provide personal care including grooming and incontinence management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or hold CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN credentials.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care.
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilingual/multilingual encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services including grooming, bathing, restroom use and managing incontinence.
