Job summary

Home Instead is urgently hiring caregivers to support seniors across San Antonio. You’ll have a dedicated team, tools, and training to focus on compassionate care.

The role includes companionship, personal care, meal prep, and light housekeeping, with weekly pay and eligible benefits. Must have at least 6 months of caregiving experience or a CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN, two references, and a driver’s license with a dependable vehicle.

Qualifications

• 6+ months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN
• Must have two professional references
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilinguals encouraged
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties
• Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, toileting, and managing incontinence
