Job summary

Home Instead in Sacramento, CA is seeking a compassionate Home Caregiver. Earn $18.50–$19.25 per hour with weekly pay and direct deposit. Join a team that supports your success and provides paid training and benefits eligibility.

As a caregiver, you’ll build relationships with clients, assist with meals, light housekeeping, and personal care. We value reliability and ask for at least six months of caregiving experience or a CNA/HHA/RN/LPN credential. Compliance and licenses as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months paid caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care.
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual encouraged).
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
• Dedicated support from our passionate team, available 24/7.
