You will help residents with daily activities, engage in meaningful life-enrichment experiences, and support the wellness team to ensure timely attention to resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff

• Blend multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day
• Work with the wellness team to address residents’ needs promptly
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and time management
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living
