Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to eat a proper diet and take adequate fluids.
• Maintain residents’ records daily and document medication distribution.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the residents.
• Respond promptly to resident requests for assistance.
