Sapphire Health Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents in a community-based care facility in Bellingham, WA. You will assist with daily activities, promote independence, and ensure safety and well-being while providing companionship and personalized care tailored to each resident’s needs.

The role requires 18+ age, and NAC/CNA/NAR/HCA credentials within 120 days of hire. Benefits include PTO, health coverage, and tuition reimbursement.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age.
• NAC/CNA or NAR or HCA acquired within 120 days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous caregiving/home care experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health.
• Assist with serving resident meals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate care records and daily logs.
