Job summary

Right at Home East Atlanta is seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities. You will assist with daily living tasks and support independence in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• 2 years of caregiving or personal care experience.
• Current CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation.
• Current Automobile Insurance.
• Eligible to Work in the United States.
• Pass Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening.
• Strong Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare nutritious meals.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Follow individualized care plans.
