Job Summary:
At Right at Home East Atlanta, we're on a mission to improve the quality of life for those we serve. As a Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) with our team, you'll have the opportunity to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to seniors and adults with disabilities in their own homes. Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare nutritious meals
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Complete required documentation accurately
- Follow individualized care plans
Requirements:
- 2 years of previous caregiving or personal care experience required
- Current CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Transportation
- Current Automobile Insurance
- Eligible to Work in the United States
- Pass Criminal Background Check
- Pass Drug Screening
- Strong Communication Skills
