Job summary

Vista Senior Living Management, through Mission Creek, is seeking a Caregiver/PCA to provide compassionate daily living support in a respected senior living community. You will help Residents with essential needs, uphold dignity, and ensure safety in a nurturing environment.

Experience in long-term care or assisted living is preferred; strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to coordinate with families and staff. The role offers benefits and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to Guests in a dignity‑driven environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor vital signs, weigh Guests, and document care per policies.
• Maintain infection control and safety practices during care.
• Assist with admissions, re-admissions, and transfers between rooms.
• Communicate effectively with Guests, families, peers and supervisors.
