Elara Caring is seeking a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients at home in Bourbon, MO. Earn $15.25–$17.75 per hour with a $250 sign-on bonus after 150 hours and 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum six months of caregiving experience
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist up to 50 pounds

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and light household tasks
• Offer companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life
• Assist with errands and transportation to appointments when applicable
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for each client
