Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in the United States is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support for residents and to build meaningful relationships that brighten each day. You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, promote safety and independence, and engage residents through conversation and activities.

You will help with dining and keep spaces welcoming, while communicating with families and care leaders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Demonstrated compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
