Job summary

Hathaway Hills Assisted Living & Memory Care in Greenville, MI, is hiring part-time staff for 2nd shift. The role provides comfort, safety and support to residents, including medication administration and daily living assistance under the guidance of a care team.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have CPR/First Aid certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office in Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents according to physician orders and document completion.
• Review eMAR each shift to ensure timely administration of medications and treatments.
• Review incoming medication orders for accuracy and update eMAR accordingly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as outlined in service plans.
• Respond to resident call lights, doors, and safety alarms promptly.
• Observe and report resident changes to Care Coordinator and Director of Resident Care.
• Order/re-order medications to ensure adequate supply.
• Complete daily charting, documentation, and reporting.
• Obtain resident weights and vitals.
• Train new employees as requested.
• Clean and disinfect rooms, work areas, and common spaces per schedule.
