Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a caregiver to provide hands-on support, build meaningful relationships, and brighten each day for residents. You will assist with daily activities, follow individualized plans, and promote safety and independence in a caring, respectful environment.

We seek a compassionate, reliable professional with strong communication skills and a HS diploma. Paid training and growth opportunities accompany competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills expected.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
