Job summary

Sevita seeks compassionate caregivers to join Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, delivering community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll help participants grow, learn, and live well while building meaningful relationships and taking pride in rewarding work.

Pay rate is 15.75 per hour, and candidates must have a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals and community involvement.
• Document observations and communicate with supervisors as needed.
