Job summary

Sevita is seeking a caregiver to provide community-based support in Wisconsin (Cadott area). You’ll assist individuals with personal hygiene and help them participate in community activities, building trusting relationships and promoting independence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time management skills.

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants participate in the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
