Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Strong communication and dependability skills

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Build relationships and promote community participation.
