Job summary

Sevita in El Paso is seeking compassionate caregivers to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live more independently at home and in the community. You will assist with daily living, hygiene, and meaningful activities while building trust with participants.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services or direct care preferred.
• Strong communication and compassionate caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Provide patient, respectful care and build meaningful relationships.
• Help participants participate in community activities.
