Senior Resource Group in Austin, TX is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities under supervision of the Director of Assisted Living. The role emphasizes Genuine Hospitality and person-centered care.

You will work with health services teams, maintain safety and cleanliness, document care, and participate in training. A CNA background or caregiving experience, high school diploma, and CPR/First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• C.N.A. or experience as a caregiver.
• High school diploma or GED.
• First Aid / CPR certification required.
• Basic reading and writing skills and ability to speak English.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to promote a positive working environment and encourage teamwork.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Adheres to and conveys the SRG philosophy of person-centered care and Genuine Hospitality.
• Maintains a professional appearance, manner, and approach while on duty.
• Wears name tag, uniform, and adheres to SRG cell phone policy.
• Reports to work on time and as scheduled per community policies and procedures.
• Provides resident care and assists with activities of daily living as needed.
• Observes for changes in resident status and communicates to supervisors.
