Job summary

Community First Solutions in Ohio seeks compassionate Caregivers to support residents with dignity and respect during daily routines. You will provide hands‑on assistance, promote safety, and honor each person’s independence.

This full‑time role offers a $500 sign‑on bonus, AM or PM shifts, and starting pay of $16.00 per hour based on experience. Location: Sycamore Glen, with 36 hours weekly and rotating weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Patient and attentive caregiver who respects independence and personal care preferences.
• Reliable, hardworking and team-oriented.
• Willing to follow care plans and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing).
• Transport residents and respond to call lights promptly.
• Maintain resident dignity, safety and confidentiality.
• Follow safe lifting and transferring techniques.
• Document actions and maintain records.
• Adhere to safety standards and reporting requirements.
• All other duties as assigned.
