Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living in Lakewood, CO is seeking a full-time caregiver to provide loving care to our residents and build strong relationships with them as they assist with activities of daily living.

You will work with a caring team in a family-like environment, contributing to care planning and ensuring residents’ privacy, safety, and dignity. Must have or obtain First Aid certification and be able to read/write English.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Provide resident care with empathy and professionalism.
• Possess or obtain First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and review of the resident’s care plan with other disciplines.
• Ensure residents privacy, respect and dignity.
• Detect, correct, and report unsafe conditions which may harm residents.
• Assure physical comfort, safety, and mental well-being of residents.
• Assist in daily care tasks such as toileting, grooming, bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility.
