Sevita is a leading provider of home and community-based health care. We seek a caregiver to support participants with personal care, daily living skills, and community participation in Ohio.

You’ll work with a compassionate team to help individuals reach independence and live with dignity. Requirements include a high school diploma, six months in human services, strong communication, adaptability and a valid driver’s license with insured vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork and time management.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges or complex needs.
• Collaborate with the care team to help participants achieve personal goals and community participation.
