Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or Assisted Living.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance with daily living activities: bathing, grooming, dressing, medication reminders, and escort services.
• Follows resident needs schedule set by supervisor.
• Provides emotional and social support to residents.
• Documents daily log of assistance.
• Informs supervisor of resident issues or concerns.
• Respects independence, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Familiar with emergency equipment and procedures.
• Attends required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
• Maintains safe working environment and professional demeanor.
