Lifesteps Butler AT Center (Beside Huntington Bank on Rt 68) in Butler, PA is hiring Direct Care Aides to support adults with disabilities in a residential home setting. The role involves daily living activities, meal prep, personal care, and transportation to appointments.

We offer full-time hours with Evening shifts (3 pm–11 pm) or Overnight shifts (11 pm–7 am), and part-time options with flexible scheduling. Paid training provided; no experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with daily living activities.
• Provide personal care assistance such as grooming or bathing.
• Cook meals and serve meals.
• Clean the home and assist with shopping for groceries.
• Transport to doctor appointments and accompany to community outings.
