Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is looking for a compassionate and reliable Direct Caregiver to assist clients with daily living activities in Harrisburg, United States. This role involves supporting clients with personal care, companionship, and light housekeeping while promoting their dignity and independence.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, previous caregiving experience, and preferably CPR and First Aid certification. Flexible schedules including evenings and weekends are necessary.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not always required.
• Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions.
