Job summary

New Perspective is recruiting compassionate caregivers to support residents in assisted living and memory care. You’ll provide daily personal care, engage residents in enrichment activities, and promote safety and wellbeing in a supportive team.

We offer training, tuition assistance where needed, and opportunities to grow into Med Passer or Lead roles. Shifts include day, evening, and overnight with full-time or part-time options, plus a collaborative, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA preferred; Med Passer/Lead experience beneficial.
• English literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal and medical care per individual care plans.
• Deliver physical and brain fitness, social/spiritual enrichment activities.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Record accurate medical and health documentation per procedures.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation of equipment and living areas.
• Promote teamwork, humor, and happiness every day.
