Job summary

Right at Home in California is seeking exceptional caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to join our team. We offer flexible hours, training and support, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.

Openings for full-time and part-time caregivers with shifts including mornings, days, overnights, weekdays and weekends. We serve Temecula Valley and North County San Diego including Carlsbad, Fallbrook, Oceanside, and surrounding areas, with in-home or senior-living

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least six months caregiving experience; one year preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Pass a full employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with showering, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with transferring/moving client within the home.
• Perform household tasks (vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, laundry).
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
• Provide transportation and accompany clients to errands or appointments.
• Provide dementia care and companionship activities.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with range of motion exercises.
