Job summary

Business Draft, Inc. is seeking caregivers to support private pay clients in Newton, Waltham, Lexington, and surrounding communities. Shifts include full-time, part-time, overnight, and weekends with pay at $20–$24 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and driving to appointments. A reliable car and MA license are needed; training and orientation are provided.

Qualifications

• HHA, CNA, or PCA welcome. Not required
• Reliable car, MA driver license, and auto insurance
• Smartphone
• You show up when you say you will
• Experience is great. We will train the right person without it

Responsibilities

• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and moving safely
• Cook meals, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Drive to appointments, errands, and outings
• Keep good company. A lot of this job is being someone they trust
