Qualifications

• Proficient in English and able to communicate clearly with clients and families.
• Willingness to work short hour cases and adapt to changing schedules.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and shifts across multiple communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility support.
• Maintain safe, clean, welcoming living spaces for clients.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Respect diverse client needs and personalities; be a friendly, steady presence.
• Support clients with routine tasks and encourage independence.
