Job summary

Stoney River Assisted Living and Memory Care Ramsey is seeking Caregivers to provide compassionate care to residents in our memory care and assisted living community. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to dignity, respect, and quality of life for seniors.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid training if not certified.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents and families.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and move during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Support residents during meals, activities, and daily routines with comfort and dignity.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights to ensure safety.
• Assist with transferring and positioning residents using proper techniques.
• Maintain a clean, organized living environment with light housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor residents' health and report changes to nursing/leadership staff.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families and encourage participation in wellness activities.
• Collaborate with nurses, dining, and life enrichment staff to deliver holistic care.
