Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking compassionate caregivers for part-time and full-time roles in Milwaukee and Waukesha County. Shifts include 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7am, with options for live-in or hourly work; no experience or certifications required.

Caregivers provide light housekeeping, companionship, transportation, meal preparation, and basic personal care, helping seniors maintain independence at home. A vehicle is preferred, and at least 18 years old is required.

Qualifications

• Must have own vehicle.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background checks.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week, and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal preparation, and more as needed.
• Offer personal care tasks as required within scope.
• Represent the company with compassion and professionalism.
