Job summary

Griswold Home Care for East Louisville is seeking caring individuals to join our team as a Caregiver. You will provide non-medical elderly care and companionship, helping with daily activities and maintaining independence for seniors in their homes.

We offer competitive pay of $17.00-$19.00 per hour, weekly pay, paid orientation and training, and opportunities for advancement. Flexible scheduling and access to employee discounts are also part of our benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation to clients’ homes.
• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years home care experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical elderly care and companionship.
• Assist with daily activities such as laundry, shopping, and meals.
• Support personal hygiene and mobility as needed.
• Maintain client dignity and independence at home.
• Complete shift documentation and communicate with the office.
