Job summary

ComForCare Home Care in Delaware County, PA seeks Direct Care Workers to provide in-home personal care and homemaker/companion services under an established plan of care. You’ll help clients maintain independence with compassionate, reliable support in their own homes.

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders under RN supervision. Orientations happen weekly; competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must possess CPR certification and be in good standing with PA Aide Registry.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Complete a state-approved Direct Care Worker or Home Health Aide course.
• Have a valid driver's license and access to a insured vehicle or transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility assistance.
• Perform homemaking and companion tasks such as light cleaning and meal prep.
• Medication assistance under RN supervision and delegation.
