Apple Creek Place Senior Living is seeking Caregivers to provide compassionate care and support to residents in our communities. We seek team players who can assist with daily living activities, meals, and activities, while maintaining dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• Experience as caregiver, home health aide, or personal care assistant preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain training on hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents during meals, recreational activities, and daily routines, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights, ensuring safety and attentiveness at all times.
• Assist with transferring and positioning residents using proper safety techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment with light housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor residents’ health and report changes to nursing or leadership staff.
• Build positive, supportive relationships with residents and families.
• Encourage participation in social and wellness activities to enhance quality of life.
• Collaborate with nurses, dining, and life enrichment staff to coordinate holistic care.
