Job summary
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors in Hatfield, MA and surrounding communities. You will help with daily activities, provide companionship, and support clients to live safely and independently in their own homes.
New caregivers may access free training and can qualify for a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Flexible scheduling and shifts from 8 to 12 hours are available, with opportunities in Hatfield and nearby towns.
Qualifications
- You must work at least 20 hours per week
- No unexcused absences during your first 90 days
- Previous caregiving experience is beneficial but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry
- Run essential errands and grocery shopping
- Provide medication reminders
- Observe clients and report changes to supervisor
- Maintain a safe and comfortable home
- Deliver respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
