SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide companionship and assistance with daily living in clients' homes across the Kansas area. You will support with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, while building strong relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Lift/move 40 lbs without assistance.
• Reliable transportation (car, driver’s license, and car insurance).
• Negative TB test or willingness to get one.
• Submit to Criminal Background Investigation, Motor Vehicle Driving Record.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients socially and emotionally.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
