Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift/move 25 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Pass a background check.
- CNA/Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) for clients.
- Perform housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, dusting, laundry, dishes, bathroom).
- Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
- Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, and ROM exercises.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Offer dementia care and companionship activities.
