New Perspective Franklin is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide daily personal and medical care, engage residents in enrichment activities, and support meal service in assisted living and memory care settings.

Qualifications

• No experience required—training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• PCA/CNA/STNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and interact in a professional, respectful, and hospitable manner.
• Assist with daily personal and medical care routines per care plans.
• Provide physical, brain, and social/spiritual enrichment activities.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Record medical and health documentation per procedures.
• Cook, serve, and feed meals to residents.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation of equipment and living areas.
• Promote teamwork, laughter, and happiness daily.
