Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility and transfer assistance as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with light housekeeping, including meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Document changes in client condition to the supervisor.
• Follow care plans and maintain confidentiality.
