Job summary

BrightCare Home Care in Lafayette, LA is expanding its elite caregiver team to provide compassionate in-home support for seniors and individuals with disabilities. We’re hiring CNAs, HHAs, and experienced caregivers to join our trusted network of caregivers.

We offer weekly pay, instant pay options via Tapcheck, and flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Training and ongoing support help you excel while making a meaningful difference.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional caregiving experience.
• CNA, HHA, or experienced caregiver.
• Positive attitude and genuine heart for service.
• Proven history of showing up on time and not calling out.
• Ability to provide compassionate care in a home setting.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate in-home care.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Light housekeeping and meal prep.
