Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Direct Care Worker experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional senior care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality, non-medical in-home care while promoting safety, dignity, and independence.
• Personal Care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Companion Care and emotional support
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Transportation to medical appointments and errands
• Dementia and Alzheimer's care
• Fall prevention and safety monitoring
• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Communication with family members and care team
• Accurate documentation of client care

Skills
