New Perspective Hawthorne Woods in Washington, PA is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide daily personal care, assist with activities, and support residents in living life on purpose. Training is provided, with opportunities to advance to Med Passer, Lead Caregiver, or CNA certification.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak & understand English.
• Med Passer and/or Lead experience preferred.
• CNA preferred (plus)

Responsibilities

• Communicate in a professional, respectful manner.
• Assist with daily personal and medical care routines according to care plans.
• Provide enrichment activities and observe residents’ well-being.
• Record proper medical and health documentation as required.
• Promote teamwork and a positive environment.
